1. Technical Intermediary Status

This Service uses third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including but not limited to Imgflip, to display image templates and process user-generated content. You acknowledge and agree that the Service operates solely as a technical intermediary and hosting provider. We do not preview, review, edit, or exercise editorial control over third-party images or user-generated memes.

2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

All third-party trademarks, images, and content accessed through external APIs remain the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of any template does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the copyright or trademark holders.

3. User Submissions

Any meme submitted to the webinars.boo library becomes publicly visible. By submitting, you allow other visitors to view, share and reuse it.

4. Copyright & Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Safe Harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent regulations.

If you are a rights holder and believe that content served on or through our platform infringes upon your copyright or right of publicity, please submit a takedown request to our designated agent at privacy@livestorm.co. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the relevant material or interface component.
